I'm a general IT professional based in Kabale Town, Uganda. My work covers the full range of IT needs — setting up and troubleshooting computers and networks, keeping systems and accounts secure, and building websites and software tools when a business needs something custom.
My work is grounded in three things: understanding what a client actually needs, doing the job in a way that's reliable long after I've left, and paying attention to the small details that separate a quick fix from a lasting solution. Outside of client work, I build and share small tools and plugins that solve problems I keep running into, and write articles about what I learn along the way.
Built a solid base across IT fundamentals — hardware, networking, operating systems and programming.
Started taking on client work — fixing computers, setting up networks and solving everyday IT problems.
Grew into systems administration and cybersecurity, plus building websites and software tools for clients.
Continuing to grow, take on new projects across IT support and development, and share what I learn.
